Evidence Act, 3031 (hereinafter referred to as “the original Act”) of section 2,–
(1) In place of clause (c), the following clause (c) is placed:- "(c) "Public document" means a document which is considered to be a public document under the prevailing law and the term also refers to the digital or electronic form of such document."< br> (2) After clause (c) the following clause "(d)" shall be added :- "(d) "Judge" shall mean a judge of a District Court, High Court or Supreme Court and by that term shall mean any other judicial body for the proceedings, hearing and disposal of cases. Refers to an agency or an officer."
